diuretic's

just under 2 weeks out from show...

this is 2nd show... I will be comin a lil heavier then I would like, but experience is what I need..

So... I have three choices for diuretic's and just wanna get some feed back..

triamterene hctz; Tribenzor; & aldactazide..

for the first show I used aldactazide two days out and dropped 6 pounds... from my reading and listening aldactazide takes sub Q!!

both triamterene hctz & Tribenzor I have but am unfamiliar with. I read up on yahoo, but no first hand knowledge from body builders...

any thoughts would be appreciated!!

Personally I would stay away from it. Never ran any except a natural diuretic like dandelion root extract for my last week. Using that along with water load/depletion I always felt I came in looking tight.

That being said, I wasn't competing at a pro level or close to it. Mostly just local shows.
