  • Phil Heath training 6 weeks out from 2013 Mr.O

screen captures from the upcoming video for Flex.

Crazy how he grows into a show. Looks good but you would never look at these pics and say, "yup thats Mr.O".

Once the shirt comes off though its lights out game over, no doubt.

The first pic it's hard to tell he's a big dude but the second pic his forearm looks bigger than most guys biceps.

        anything he touches works!

not saying he doesn't train well but most people have to slave over excercises that they know are grinding them down eventually, this fucker jumps on hammer strength tendon freindly stuff and high rep curls and just blows up!

        sickening

Are you implying that you have to be putting excessive strain on your tendons in order to grow?

Not strictly speaking but for most people you can't make an omlette without breaking some eggs. Heavy compound excercises are certainly the bread and butter of founding the density and mass needed to stand on the pro circuit, no way round it for most, and with those tends to come some wear and tear; dorian, ronnie, branch, leverone, even flex to an extent, they all built heavy muscle with heavy basic excercises and all got bad injuries and significant wear and tear that eventually ended them

            Gift is different!
