Holy cow are you hacking my network and spying on me? I was just going to post something very similar from early this morning just didn't get around to it. Lol Check out the Geard up podcast and there is over an hour and a half with Milos "the Mind" with very in depth talk of insulin use amongst other bodybuilding drugs.
