Only difference between his physique class look and his BB look seems to be AAS dosage. I doubt he did anything else different in terms of training or nutrition.

I think it's harder for a guy coming down in size sometimes.

I mean when your on the up, you risk a little waistline increase so that you can haul 400lbs on bent rows because you want a bigger back etc.

When you come down its hard to get rid of those obliques as the rest of you gets smaller.

I know this is a disproportionate micro example but you get the picture. They have the benefit of the existing musculature but getting the aesthetic into that smaller frame us a challenge
