Another perspective, he could of hid away in Arlington got the surgeries done quietly stepped back, got daily massage and rehab and reappeared a couple years later. But he's got commercial commitments and doesn't hide this stuff Watch "The TRUTH Behind Ronnie Coleman's Recent Injury | TigerFitness EXCLUSIVE!" on YouTube

No doubt he's broken at this time.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostI guess guys. I just see a dude that looks fucken broke down. Could just be a bad day though so I probably shouldn't judge by a single pic.
That's alot of surgery. I'll try and Google what he's had but someone said 15.
But for example; hip replacement, this can be a great operation and I know a number of people that had it and are doing great. Ed coan and Steve goggins *works famous powerlifters ( had it when they retired and are squatting fucking great again. Vertebrea fusion. Bob chicarillo had it early on and went on to train great.
Ronnie has had a whole lot of shit done in a short space if time.

The things that caused him chronic pain are the same things that brought him millions of dollars, world fame, number 1 in the world at his profession and passion, and countless other things that people will never achieve in their life. Look at it like a person who gets hurt serving their country in the military. Let's say they end up paralyzed. Certain people will be like I fucking regret ever enlisting, I made a mistake and now I'm stuck dealing with it. Other people are proud to of served their country and say they would make that sacrafice again. It depends on the person. That's what makes Ronnie a champion though. That he was willing to do it and would do it again. Maybe he is just rationalizing and your right, but the fact that his brain won't let him face it is the same thing that keeps him optimistic and will allow him to push through this obstacle and continue to move forward in life.

I wouldn't bet against the successful rehab of a stubborn son of a b like that. He smashed 8 sandows, you think that came easy with no pain ?Originally posted by Bouncer View PostBecause he has to say that. He either doesn't understand the damage he did or his ego won't allow it. Saying what he said makes him even more of a legend to people who can't see past this bs. I guarantee that when he's sitting there in his chair alone at night in massive fucken pain he has regrets. Anyone that doesn't think he has regrets hasn't experienced chronic pain.

He might be pissed off at his girl or have to take a shit or he is pissed he didn't get a chance to eat yet when that pic was taken. Watching his interviews he doesn't seem broken, he seems optimistic to me.

That's a snapshot in time. We all have those days but it doesn't determine our futureOriginally posted by Bouncer View PostOh I disagree. I see a man who achieved many things but also a broken man not only physically but spiritually. That is not a man that is happy, confident, or proud sitting there. I see a man that feels like he has no more purpose at 52. The look on his face says it all to me.

Maybe I'm completely wrong. Just what I see.

The man has no regrets. He put it all on the table and succeeded. He can be proud of what he accomplished knowing he put in the work that it takes to be a champion. So many guys in this world feel like they never reached their potential...Ronnie doesn't have to feel that.
