Ronnie had been competing a good while before he shot up in 98. He faced a new challenge as a legacy of Dorians step changes he imparted and it required heavy duty approach. Arguably he was forced to undertake the most grueling and punishing mission to get on top and stay on top.

I agree with what your saying about the flexing thing. I feel like any bodybuilder taking a pic with Ronnie is not doing so just to get a pic with him. I feel they are doing so to show people how much bigger and better they look next to 8 time Mr Olympia.
