pro level absolutely. look up an old school guy named ernie taylor from early 2000s and look at his triceps. flex wheeler towards the end did as well.

agree. many of them use it now to fill in weak body parts like rear delts etc.. its more subtle but im pretty sure most use it to some degree. the key is apparently shooting really deep so it looks real.
