The only time I say Heath may have compared was in Heath's early days. The first Mr O he ever won for example was far superior to his last. Not even the same body any longer by that point. Slin, igf, and over eating destroyed his stomach and intestines.

But yea Kevin and Flex are uncrowned champs in my eyes. Same goes for Surge Nubret. He was the flex of the 70's.
