rado just wait a little bit and the latest CPU's and GPU's will be released i believe about a month before the new PS5 and XBOX consoles.

current high end PC's are already more powerful then next gen consoles but the new CPU's and GPU's coming out will be way faster then even current high end PC's.

4 months until the latest high end GPU comes out. wait just a bit more because the performance increase will be big. check link i posted above. they get released in Nov.
