Haven’t been on in a long time, hope all of u have stayed safe with all this bullshit going on ! Y’all have a bad ass day, haven’t trained in 8 weeks, I’ve been out due to a back surgery on August 5th by far the worst shit I’ve ever been through. Can’t wait to hit the ground running ! Just a big ole softy right now

shit i haven't trained in like 5 months. not because of injury but because all the god damn gyms are still closed. cali is determined to put every gym in the state out of business i guess.

Ya for sure, my buddy has a gym that he let very few train so I was lucky, gyms in Texas back up and rolling
