    This is probably the dumbest ban of a person I’ve heard of. I can’t see any advantage he would gain from being a little leaner. Maybe he would be a little faster because he’s lighter but I would think it wouldn’t be that much of difference maybe if he cut like 25lbs it might make him little faster but Idk

      It's all about weight, even ounces. I do see why he did it, just could have done it other ways IMO...many gp riders actually are super active. Many run marathon's, do cycling, etc...cardio is huge for these guys who ride these monster's on the track. Being lean and strong is an advantage

        I don’t keep up with racing is this guy one of the top 10 racers or just a back of the pack guy

          yea same with F1. anyone who thinks you don't have to be in shape to rip bikes and f1 cars around corner after corner don't know their ass from their elbow.

          it's not uncommon for an F1 driver to lose 10lbs during a single race.

            You'd think those guys are not in shape right? But I've seen some of Marc Maquez training regimen and I'm like...holy shit.

            10k races
            Swimming
            Weights
            Plyos...etc
