  • Man I have ate so much today

    I'll post some pics I never seen my mom cook this much food the neighborhood could eat and be leftovers lol i'm on my 2nd big plate like i said i'll post pics but there were yeast rolls, corn pudding, brocolli caserole, baked beans, hashbrown caserole turkey ham yams with marshmallows on them mashed potatoes, stuffing, deviled eggs, i think thats it idk there is a lot of food here I sent 2 tupper ware dinners to nearby kids I thought would enjoy a good meal. The seasons are here its good to do good

    Nice. Haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary yet. Our Thanksgiving meal comes at 7pm. Then I'll feel like 600lb life on TLC lol

          I get this gear i ordered my diet gotta clean up but not as much as you might think. I know what to eat when to eat,I think the thimgs people overlook when it comes to building muscle and even the body building sport if guys focused on more sleep like the deep sleep you get to when your body is growing and repairing so sleep is essenstial to the body as much if not more than diet and juicing and all this other shit sleeping is #1 A lot of you gujys have trouble sleeping maybe the hormones whatever you csnt sleep i get,prescribed 50 mg seroquel 3x day i take it once at night and i get benzos xanax but I get sleep. Sleep is crucial dont overlook this

            We had a pretty decent spread this year. My wife made a vegan meatloaf what was absolutely killer. Used garbanzo beans and kidney beans instead of the meat. That's in addition to all the usual stuff. I might make a couple of pies this evening.

              I'd have to taste it to believe it. What's your thoughts on on the new plant based products like impossibiburger or whatever it's called.

                Never tried it yet. I've heard a lot of people say it tastes just like meat though.

                  The health factor is an issue though. It's not exactly a healthy food from what I understand. More just an alternative to beef.

                    we put oatmeal rolled oats into our meatloaf and bake it...others add green peppers which I dont like or onions...oatmeal balances out carbs makes it stick together you buy a large thing of lean burger try adding rolled oats to it. Gives it a different flavor oats are the shit

                        I can deal with onions my favorite is sweet vadalia onions but i like white too i just dont like peppers for real
