  • How celeb's workout

I have always been curious as to how the celebrity figures we see in movies and on T.V. workout. How do they workout?

I'm guessing alot of them use AS but "don't know" they are.

A lot of bigger name actors have written in their contract to have a dietician and personal trainer while preparing for the movie, all paid for by the studio.

Being in great shape would be a lot easier if someone was making your food and part of your daily 'job' was to lift and do cardio.

Yah I would probably be in better shape if I had someone making my meals around the clock and part of my job (and time was alloted to) working out.

It erks me when I see women celebs featured on ET and shows like that, pissing around in the gym pushing 5 lb. weights and they talk about how "great of shape" they are in. I personally think that most female celebs are too thin and they hardly break a sweat at the gym.

            Just my two cents.
