since you are already in the EU I highly recommend Russia this time of year. its a quick flight away.. just before the winter sets in. autumn is beautiful in St Petersburg.

pay no attention to the news. it's imaginary. if the Russians tell you they would like you to "go to the front" it's a sort of welcome package to visitors they offer to a select few. definitely take them up on the offer. you will remember the experience forever.

Had a crazy fucking Russian couple in the sauna with us earlier. Loud as shit and the chick washed her feet and tits in the water meant for the steam/rocks.
