Who here would pay $150 for VIP tickets to one of the 50 Playboy 50th Anniv. parties? VIP gets a private pre-party, 3 free beers, 3 free cocktails, along with some other things. I just said screw it and bought two tickets, then thought if it would be worth while. I figure its a one time deal and it's the 50th Anniv. party, plus I could sell them later if needed. Basically just looking for someone to comment and help justify the purchase of the tickets. As I was typing this a friend just claimed the second ticket and looks like a guys night out with Playboy. Too bad its not until May...

The party they just had here in Houston was more exclusive I think. This is at the Mercury room on May 13th. Dependingon how I feel about the whole thing as May gets closer I'll decide whether to sell them or to go myself.Comment

It turned out alright. The girl I somewhat knew from Playboy didn't go, but a few of the local girls that I have seen elsewhere were there. Just about all of the girls with Playboy were very nice and would talk with you while they could, which wasn't much. They were just always hounded by guys trying to get pictures nonstop. Also, we had more girls that were just there for the party that looked better than most of the girls from Playboy. I saw a good deal of the girls from a local modeling/promotions firm and they have always had nothing but good looking ladies.
However, we got to the party late for the VIP. We got there at 8:00 when it should have been 7:00. As we walked in we missed a little bit of the strip tease show they had going on. Then all the girls did their picture thing for a few hours. We ended up leaving at 10:30 because I met a girl that wanted to go elsewhere and my friend was doing good to stand up at that point. It was just starting to even out to a 50/50 mix of guys and girls at 10:30. Before that it was 95% sausage with most of them being little perverts if you ask me, but then again I was at the party.
I do wish I had stayed longer, but leaving with the lady I met there had it's benefits, I just feel that I missed out on the late night part because at about 10:00 or so a lot of the girls with Playboy were taking shots with me and some other people and getting fairly drunk. I assume that by about 1:00 or so it would have been crazy or at least a lot better than when I left at 10:30.
I did however get to see a Hawaiian Tropics contest and ended up being asked to be a judge in the next one, but after a night of fun and finding out that the girl I hooked up with was a flake I didn't do the judging thing because she was supposed to be in the bikini context that I was to judge.Comment

Some of these girls may show up at the same party you are going to Tin. I talked to the girl in the black for a little bit and she mentioned that they work 5 days on and 5 days off, or something in that area. So some of these girls, if not all may be at your party just depends on how it plays out in the schedule I guess. This was here last night before going home for 5 days, but I'm unsure about the other girls.Comment
