what is that muscle or organ or whatever it is called that contracts durring orgasm?

it causes discomfort lately when i do it with my wife right at the orgasim when it starts pumping it freaking hurts!
dont think its aas related b/c i have felt this before i ever did a cycle.....doesnt happen all the time maybe once or twice every couple months.
it kinda feels like its cramping up durring the contraction and then its sore for like an hour or two after sex.

That was happening to my husband for a while but it went away. Not sure why it started. Try doing an exercise like kegels to help strengthen the area. Maybe even try doing them as a warm up before having sex or while you're going down on your girl.

It can actually cramp mine has over the years. Not a big deal means its still working.
