I hope someone cane help me with this. I'm not as computer savy as I would like to think I am. I need some help on how to get my photos from my computer to this site to use as avatars and to post to different threads. Any input will help. Thanks.

Avatars can only be 125x125 pixels in size, so first you have to do that. Then to put an avatar up, click on the User Panel button at the top of the page, click on Edit Options, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Change Avatar, locate the file on your computer by hitting the Browse button and click on Submit Modifications. You need 25 posts to have an avatar.
To upload a picture in a post, type the post and go down and click on Browse, locate the file, Submit Reply.Attached Files -

Before you can use your pics as an avatar, you need to use a picture editing program to shrink them down to 125X125 pixels, which is the limit for avatars, and then upload it by going to user panel at the top and then to edit options. Then go down and click on change avatar and then click browse and it will browse the pics on your computer. You can then select the pic you want to use for your avatar.
To upload a pic as a post in a thread, once you have replied, go to the bottom of the box and click on browse and it will browse your pics on your computer and you just select the pic you want to upload. It doesn't matter what size pics you use for threads.Comment
