  • Anyone watch the extreme makeover show

Last night my wife watched the extreme makeover show, on this one there was three people that had to lose 25-30 pounds each in 6 weeks in order to qualify for the surgery part.

At the end of the show they each lost the 25-30 pounds needed. They also measured them; one chick lost 35” in total in 6 weeks. How the f**k is that possible? The guy was supposed to gain 5 inches in his chest.

Seriously if they could lose that kind of weight in such a short time why not do another 6-8 weeks of the same diet and training what would be the need for liposuction. Another thing that gets my goat is when they showed the before and after pictures it showed very little difference but I would think for losing 30 pounds the physical change would be drastic.

Myself I have been dieting and it’s been a hell of a time to lose fat.

Also the dude that changes the clothes for everyone gave a few diet tips, Caffeine from a cup of coffee raises insulin, which will make you store more body fat. What? Anyone ever hear of that before.

Michael Thurmond the trainer said the low carb diets are crap. In the description it says he used to be a professional bodybuilder which means at some time he would have been on a low carb diet.

    F**K.

I said the same F'n thing when I saw it!! They lost 30lbs each in 6 weeks, then they have liposuction. Obviously if you get your diet and routine down, you can lose the weight, why take the lazy way out? The weight's just going to go right back on I'm sure.
