Why dont you just confront him on your own? You just need to talk to him one on one, and just tell him what the problem is. I think that the entire problem is that he looks up to you because your his sisters guy and that you are older and cooler than most of the people he knows. He just wants your attention, weather it be when you are with your lady or not.

And you know what...he gets your attention by doing stupid things that annoy you. Thats his way of getting you to notice him.
It may help to ignore him and he will find that you wont play his game that he wants you to play.

But in all reality, hes 16, a kid, and its not a big deal..its kids stuff. :baby:
