Still at it SM'ers. I've lost around 32 pounds since October and have been holding at 210 for about a month now. I do see changes in my upper body, back, and legs as far a muscle tone is concerned, but I haven't made a lot of muscle gains. I still haven't delved into the AS zone yet, but plan to do so by the end of this month. I am now on my fifth two week stint of Clen. I have yet to go beyond 100mcg/day. The only problem, besides the normal morning gitters, is cramping issues. Sometimes I cannot get through a workout due to cramping. Odd places like shoulders, biceps, chest, etc. I will get a pump, do a couple of sets and bam, a charlie horse hits that seems to last forever. I'm hoping more water and added potasium can help in this department. Any thoughts here? Also, what are some good alternatives now the eff is soon to become a dinosaur?
    Thanks for the encouragement,
    Muddy

Muddy...I was overdosing on the clen a bit myself a month ago and had to stop before I was even really warmed up...severe cramping in any bodypart I was training to the point where it was almost like a muscle pull.

I asked about it and Fyre said, "Mrs. P are you supplementing your clen with any Taurine? Taurine is a must when it comes to doing a Clen cycle. If you're not using Taurine right now, go and get some. I prefer the powder but if you can't find the Taurine powder, you can get the pills. I take 3-5grams of Taurine powder every day when i'm using Clen and it does wonders. You will not cramp anymore.

You might also want to take some potassium as well. Are you using a good Cal/Mag supp too?"

Also, Hooker said that taking clen with grapefruit juice is very beneficial because "Grapefruit juice may increase bioavailability of oral medications. Drinking it blocks some or all of the action of cyp3A, cytochrome p-450, and IA2, hence giving you higher blood levels of oral medications."

Hope this helps. Keep up the good work!

If you keep cramping up badly, lower your doseages of clen...some people can tollerate more than others.

I have added a grapefruit and a banana to my daily diet and it helped some. I will try the taurine as well. I think I will try the Lion brand clen next. Also, what are some good alternatives to eff. Its getting harder to find.
        Thanks,
        Muddy

It's not an alternative to ephedrine, but yohimbine is a great fat-burner. You might want to add it into the mix...don't get the bark extract though...get the pure yohimbine hcl
