Hell no, I rest when I am sick...If you are running a fever I would say REST because it takes a lot out of you, and take lots of vitamins and drink lots of fluids!!!
I'll train if it's just a head cold after the initial bad day or two are over, but if I'm really sick with fever, etc. then no, I rest. If you're about to start a cycle, I'd take a few extra days off and focus on eating good, take some extra vit. C and zinc. Good luck!
Hell No!!! When I am sick, my ass doesn't have the energy to workout!!! Stay home, rest up, get plenty of fluids and have some soup!!! You will get over it quicker!!! Hope you feel better soon bro!!!
i cut cardio and up calories when i am sick, as well as other measures such as high fluids, lots of sleep, putting jobs off, and most importantly, avoiding situations which will make it worse ie missing meals, going out into the cold weather- that sort of thing
i still train and improve though :) but stay warm!
