for about six months i did a program that included using kegel excercises (apparently similar to what women use for natural child birth) and stretching and something hilariously called the "milk pump" which was a "technique" of stroking. the program was supposed to include certain supplements (which i was already taking) and last for 12 months. my girlfriend at the time noticed a change in just a couple months and i actually had measurable increase in length and girth after the six months. i started at 7 1/4 " and ended up at about 7 5/8", just barely under 8. i was about 6" in girth. but it was incredibly difficult to do every day for 15-20 minutes per day. doing it for a year would be really tough. I haven't measured recently but i haven't noticed any change so i assume the gain was permanent. i've thought about starting again, but my goal was 8" anyway, so . . .

I've read some about the tendon surgery and the basics are:
1) It increase your size only when you're limp...so it's something for the locker room not the bedroom - lol
