That's right! Rookies like moore need to bow head, or they get a broken neck.

I can't believe anyone can liken a legal hit to the assault Bertuzzi perpetrated. I'm a Canadiens fan to the core, but rest assured I wouldn't be defending one of their players if they did what Bertuzzi did....even if it screwed them for the playoffs.

As for Bertuzzi playing for Team Canada, they better not dare name him to that team. We have too many good players to draw on to take him and tarnish our national team at the World Cup.

No offensee but how come only Canadians think that silly ice game is half as tough as football. LOL just kidding guys. But football is a lot rougher.Hockey gets to fight but they look like chicks fighting.People have gotten broke necks and paralized playing football, without a cheapshot.

Football....16 game season, and those pussies sit out if they break a nail....(Brett Favre is an exception to this, I hate the guy, but hes a warrior and I respect him) In football if you talk shit or take a cheap shot, you get "Yards penalized" Season runs from Mid August to the new year to Late January (if your in the super bowl) 5.5 months

Hockey....grueling 82 game schedule, traveling non stop, guys playing with black eyes, cuts on their face, and bumps and bruises, I dont buy your argument at all....Hockey if you talk shit, or cheap shot someone, you better be able to protect yourself. Season starts September, runs till June if you make the Cup....10 months...

This isnt all about the "game" man, take in effect in the schedule, length of season...stuff like that, Mentally, and Physically, hockey is alot harder

I dont buy your argument at all on this one

I've played both...and hockey is hands-down a tougher game than football. I'll agree that getting zonked on punt/kickoff is worse than 90% of the hits you take in hockey, but overall hockey is the rougher game. Like Gong said...getting the hell beat out of you 3x per week rather than once, and for a much longer duration.
