It's the gum made by the same ppl who make the soft drink. I've been popping 3 right before I train (2=1 cup of coffee). It's a great pick me up. And it lasts well through my workout. A great buy if you can take the wierd after taste it leaves. Just thought I'd let you all in...:D

Ok.....I have seen peoples post about it but can't find it in stores! Where are you people getting it from?

I bought a case off the website. Tried it once and it made me tense up. I asked at a few stores and they were unaware of it. Question: is Guarana the same as caffine?
