its the diet, i would put money on it.

clean it up and loose a few bf% and the snoring will go away.

          Just stay lean ;)

I disagree. It seems that a lot of people don't know they are snoring, when really they are.

Guess I should set up a tape recorder then - it's really hard to know what you don't know...

If you're laying on your back and your airway is blocked so that you're "gasping" for breath - then that's a problem. I mean, shouldn't you be able to sleep ANY way???

I never woke up though? I don't recall "gasping" - as long as I was nudged onto my side isn't that okay?

And I've never been as lean as I am now (that I can recall) when being in a position to have someone wake me up - maybe last Fall would be the closest and I don't recall snoring being an issue then???

You aren't aware that you are, but that's what snoring is! When lying on your back, those muscles "collapse" causing it. You don't have control over those muscles, which is where a CPAP machine comes in...

You have your stats set as "March = 9%" and "July = 10.5%". So I'd say that is not accurate.

Well if I haven't been aware of it except when you say so then is it really a problem? I would think that I would wake myself up if it were something I should have checked out?

Sleep apnea will kill you, so you decide. Your second question is absolutely, positively WRONG.
