Utah Jazz -10
Without Arenas the Wizards will have a hard time putting points on the board. Their whole offense revolves around him. Forget about Stackhouse. Especially a gimpy one at that. The Jazz takes care of business in their home court. They are 23-11 at home, 21-13 ATS (+8 units). The Wizards are 6-26 on the road, 12-19 ATS (-15.2 units). The Wizards have allowed opponents to average 103.6 points in their last 5 games. The Jazz allow opponents to average just 88 points in their home court.
Detroit Pistons/New Orleans Hornets over 171
The under streak has to stop and I believe tonight will be the night. I've rode the under with Detroit and for the 1st time in 8 games, the streak should end. During their 8 game under streak, the total has ended lower than 171 only twice. That was against the Sixers without Iverson and the Nets without K-mart. Out of those 2 games, only one was on the road (Nets) and the Nets only scored like 11 points in the 4th or that game should've gone over. True the Hornets are without Mashburn but now they've been without him for some time and even scored over 100 points during regulation against a defensive team in the Raptors.
Phoenix Suns +8
Just a hunch that the 8 is a little steep for a team who can score their share of points. The last time the Suns lost by a spread this steep was with Dallas and the Kings. That's understandable. But against the Cavs- I don't think so!
