  • Websites That I Use To Handicap Baseball Games

Hi guys, here are the sites that I use to cap Baseball. These are the best IMO. I've used many, many different sites over the years and have narrowed it down to these few.

    Jim Feist (http://www.jimfeist.ca/MLB.asp)

    - the Fast Facts are invaluable to me, my main capping tool
    - the Injury Report is very good, as well as the Game Previews

    SportsBettingStats Database (http://www.sportsbettingstats.com/MLB/database/main.asp)

    - a fantastic tool, to research Pitcher vs Team History, and Team vs Team History.

SportsNetwork 1-run and extra innings records (http://www.sportsnetwork.com/merge/t...at/stats7.aspx)

    - this is a very important stat to follow for Ontario Proline players, that want to play Ties (1-run games or extra innings). Also, if you play the RL Dogs +1.5, as I do, then this 1-run game stat is very important to be aware of.
NOTE: The stats for 2003 will only remain on the site until the season begins.

    Baseball Newsstand (http://www.baseballnewsstand.com/)

    - gives you links to the the baseball page of the sports section for almost all local newspapers for all teams. As well as the other Team Pages, in Sportsline, ESPN, Usatoday, SportingNews and Yahoo.

    RotoTimes (http://www.rototimes.com/index.php?s...ball&type=home)

    - gives you access the other Newspapers that are not included in Baseball Newsstand, and lots of other good stuff.

    Usatoday Scores (http://www.usatoday.com/sports/scores.htm)

    - this will give you Actual Pitchers (not the Probables) about 10-30 minutes before gametime. Seems most trustworthy of all the sites that give out this info.

Hope this helps anyone that is planning on capping some games this season
