  • Got in an argument over me leaving a $2.00 tip.

I didnt feel like breaking a $20. Sana got mad at me cause I only left 2$ as a tip for a 50$ dinner. What do you guys think? :p

    Where's my world's smallest violin? :D

Tips are where you can get 'em, I've worked for tips before, it's rough..

I think you are a cheap bastard...unless the service completely sucked, then it's justified. ;)

Yikes, $2 for $50 is way less than 15%. :( I would have done the same as Sana. lol I'd be upset.
But then again, I always tip accordngly. If the person was an ass, I'd tip them minimum, soooooometimes less. But I usually dont get jerks for servers.

I usually over tip. Just yesterday I ate at this place for lunch and tipped the guy $10 for a $30 meal. LOL He was super nice and got everything right...

You should go back (now that your 20's probably broken now) and give him some more. I worked in the service industry for 5 years. I t can really ruin your whole shift when you get a shitty tip and don't know why. It can create a downward spiral in mood and in turn money.

Yeah now the person is going to have to go on anti-depresants, except they won't be able to afford them because you were so cheap.

I hope you bought 20 dollars worth of nice roses for sana. SEE it would have been cheaper to just tip, now you have to buy make up gifts. LOL
