Depends which Golota shows up. If it's the headcase, then Byrd wins. If Golota is focused, I say he mops the ring with Byrd.

The first fight with Bowe he looked good.Then he looked terrible.Remember Lewis embarressing him.But he should beat the weaker Chris Byrd.
