I have a big (10 mile) run scheduled tomorrow morning so i layed off the brew tonite.

i love beer but i cannot drink no more because:

1) beer belly
2) feel weak as hell
3) afraid to get smaller due to not eating my 6 meals a day.
4) headaches

i dunno, i think im more dedicated to myworkouts and growth nowadays.

nah man i love the beer taste but after w ahile when i got the hangover i hate the taste.:(

ahhhhh for breakfest. Yuck, well ok gotta say that for breakfest is the only time i cannot have beer. Yeah probbaly at noon but not in the very morning.:D
