Mmmmm...now that's what I'm talkin about! I'm liking the ducks a l'orange and perogies! The family is Italian and I'd be disowned if I didn't make a huge spread. We have tons of appetizers, a huge dinner, and then loads of desserts. I try to send the fattening foods home with everyone and just keep the healthy foods to eat for the rest of the week.

Rock, you're not eating McD's on Easter, come over like you did for Chrismas!

Jarhead...you're evil, just pure evil! I love it. :D

My daughter and I always make some kind of Easter cake! The bunny cake is so cute!

We always have ham, au gratin potatos, yams smothered in melted brown sugar and marshmellows, this orange jello with mandrin oranges and sherbet, warm buns, strawberry cheescake, pistashio salad.........hmmmm... it's making me hungry!

LOL Stromba just told me that we were invited to his aunt's house for Easter so now I don't have to cook! I'll just make my bunny cake and a side dish of some kind after I find out what else she's making.

Now we can spend more time coloring and decorating Easter eggs! :)
