It's a stuffed body that gets hit. They way the guys body flys makes it obvious, its all stiff. Not to mention if you slow it down and make it full screen. You can tell the guy never steps foot infront of the car. Great editing tho.

its staged, his head would have split on contact and you would have seen blood and heartd bone shattering

He stays put at the edge of the driving lane, the vehicle nails the brakes ( the pedestrian is the spot marker for the driver) and as the car enters a skid, the mannikin is thrown forward up nad over the hood due to the enertia the car generated. The body is attached to the front and side of the vehicle or thrown in front by either an accomplice or the driver and rides up and over the hood.
Notice that the man is not quite in front of the vehicle at the point of impact and that as his "legs' are struck by the car, he is somewhat further back and his facial expression does not change. Also notice that the camera pans away fro the point of impact and that the man doesn't need to hide or duck because the camera is then following the car PAST the spot where he was hit. Another thing, the body did not react like a human body would in an auto-pedestrian collision. The arms would not remain at the body's side but would in fact, bounce and flail somewhat after the body hits the road. It would not slid flat either, as it would most likely tumble forward while its forward momentum dissipates. It is a fake. Later, Juice :D

OK, I saved it to file on media player and played it over on slow setting (almost frame by frame- be quick on the mouse button) and if you stop it just before the point of impact there is a blockly smear but it is defined by two distinct vertical breaks which extend from the front of the vehicle to the man's legs. I also believe that the video was intentionally speeded up somewhat, as you can adjust the settings in media player to play it slower or faster, so can you do the same on a video playback feed. Check it out and you'll see the edit.

Also, consider the fact that the camera just happened to be in the perfect vantage point to film this piece, much like a setup. Whaddaya think guys?
