My hometown paper always puts in a farce story on April 1...this year they tried to be clever and slipped in two. I identified them as bogus right away, but I'm sure a few were fooled.

My daughter got me good when I got home from the gym. I hollered "hello?" and she didn't answer, so I figured she was next door. So I walk into the kitchen and she jumped out from the closet scaring me half to death. I told her it's not nice to do that to old people. LOL I tried to get her back and told her that her principal called...she knew right away it was a joke, damn it! She later pretended to spill a can of soda on the carpet, it was filled with water though. Kids! Next she will get Stromba but I think after the day we had at work I better fill him in on her plan. Maybe he can get her at her own joke somehow...he's much more clever than I am with this stuff.

You shoulda joked her right back. Should have forced yourself to look absolutely irate, and with a straight face called her into your office. At that point, you go off on her about how you simply cannot work with someone so juvenile, and that you're going to hold her to the two weeks notice because you no longer want her employed there. Wait for the first few tears before yelling "April Fools!!!!"

Well...I thought I would scare the hell out of a couple of ex-girlfriends for April fools...I got home yester day and called few up that really hated me after the breakup and told them that I had been tested HIV positive and it would be in their best interest to go to the doctor and be checked out!!! You could have heard a pin drop after that...dead silence!!! I said April Fools and hung up!!!

Some of those are bad. Okay, so, we were really mean to my one roomie. He was afraid he had gotten this girl pregnant, but he hadn't. This was a few weeks ago. So we called her up today and told her to say she was really late on her period. He was walking around here looking like he knew he was going to die in about 10 minutes. Oh man, I felt so bad.
