Spring forward = move the clock ahead one hour, so instead of it being 8:00am, it's now 9:00am.Originally posted by Chris325

Fall back = move the clock back one hour, 8:00am is then 7:00am.
Fortunately, my computer changes itself, now I just have to change all the other clocks in the house. That will take a week. LOLComment

See the thing is I will get confused when people talk about ahead and back. I think when they move the clocks back we lose an hour when infact we gain it. Same goes for moving it forward, except I think we gain the hour...:doh:
Lets just say I don't feel like the sharpest tack this time of year. :(
