Our sex varries, sometimes it'll be as infrequent as once a week, other times it'll be more than once a day. With that being said, sex is my favorite form of cardio and I'm trying to get my cardio in 5 days a week right now. :D

I though you had more dedication than that. 5 days of horizontal cardio is good during bulking season. Now that you cutting you need to get serious 2 a days are the way to go for cutting season. :D

I'm not a morning person and don't do cardio early in the day. I make up for it by extended sessions of interval training in the evening.

i'm very lucky my girl likes it as much as i do, i get it bout 6 days a week, and if i want it and she's not really into it, she'll let me have it anyway, or a bj atleast. she's great about it. makes me want to do things for her as well..

Damn, I can't believe how little some of you are enjoying the pleasure of sex. I'd have to guess 8-10 times/week. That's with different girls though. ;)
