    Here was what was on the menu today:

    -Duck a l'orange
    -Rabbit

    -Beef Rolls (sirloin beef rolled up with pickle, sausage, mushrooms, and artichoke in the middle)

    -Ham

    -Perogies (cheese&potato, sauerkraut&bacon, and pork)

    -Cabbage Rolls

    -Mashed Potatoes with dill and chives

    -Salad

    -Pickles

    -Sauerkraut

    -Beets

    -Apple Pie

    -Vanilla Haagen-dazs


    Yeah, my family goes big on holidays. Mom FINALLY listened to us and cut the turkey and stuffing out of the menu, since there's already too many dishes to chose from.

    Man, I wish I could have had some perogies, I only get to have those when I go back to Canada.

      No eastern european restaurants around where you live J.D.??? Or even a cultural center where you could pay some kindly old lady to make you up a bunch?

        I have seen some in a few stores, but they taste like shit. Only real home cooked ones are good

          Yeah, the frozen commercial ones are garbage. But I've had great ones in restaurants (that make them on-site from scratch).
