i have to admit, i DID notice a difference... not much, but some. my girlfriend noticed too. each pill contains 15mg Zinc.. so maybe that was it and all the other stuff is worthless... who knows. do i feel it was worth the price - NO :)

Don't waste your money. The entire company that markets and makes that worthless crap is a scam. I have read all over the place that they make thier money by setting you up on automatic billing for a year....
