Fat loss = Penis growth?

I was talking to my friend today about lossing some weight since i am a big guy and he said that some times while lossing weight you dick will get bigger normally, any one know if this is true?

it's not that it'll get bigger but the fat around it will be reduced and more will "come out". up to an inch can be hidden away by fat in some cases.
