so i'm natural. after a few weeks of eating big and training big i'll get good size in my arms and chest and legs. but i can't seem to keep the size and be ripped at the same time. i bulk but don't have very good definition and i lose sight of my six-pack. then i'll cycle lower on calories and more carbs and i get ripped but lose 4-5 pounds in the process.
what do the women prefer? is the size or the cut better? or should i just bust the training into high gear and get both.
