As much as beating the guy to death would have been the best choice right when the incident happened (legally, anyways, as temp. insanity wouldn't be all that hard to pull of given the circumstances), I'd say the guy should just press charges now. He could really hurt the fucker that did it...sex assault conviction means the guy would have to be a registered sex offender, which pretty much means his life is over.
