  • Anyone here play guitar????

Since I have been married I hadnt picked mine up for years. I sold two and was about to sell my other one until I started plucking on it again. Been playing some old metallica classics.

I've always wanted to, does that count? I want to start up piano and maybe guitar lessons when my life calms down some.

I sold my guitar when we got married, I wasn't that good anyway. Now Stromba has a grand piano, keyboards and drum set. My daughter is learning the chello and does pretty well with the drums and piano. She takes after her dad. I just sit back and enjoy listening. :)

I play guitar. I just bought an Ibanez 7-string actually. It was a hell of an impulse buy, but i like it.:D

I played the cello for 10 years. I was quite good but too immature to take it to the next level. tell your daughter to request to play "Swinging Strings". the best song for plucking. LOL

I am playing a fender prodigy now. The shop where I got my amp had some sweet looking Ibanez guitars. They make a great guitar.

To trust you or not to trust you, that is the question! ;)

She just started in Feb. Their end of the year concert is next week...should be interesting. Hers is a 6th grade class but her teacher is very happy with this class and said they're playing like the 8th graders. Poor kid hasn't developed callousses yet and last week she had blisters on her fingers from practicing so much.

I have a couple guitars....Jackson- Dinky reverse and an Alvarez-Acoustic. I haven't played them in awhile though. When I do pick them up I usually run through what I know just to loosen the fingers up...Metallica, Savatage, Godsmack, Judas Priest, Dream Theater. I haven't tried to learn anything new in awhile....I need to get back at it.
