People are gonna be forced to buy more economical cars instead of all these gas guzzling SUV pieces of shit. We'll be more like Europeans before you know it.

Man, I'm glad I bought my car last time prices were "high." I almost bought that SUV.

We're paying 88.9 cents per litre here in Southeastern Ontario...which is like paying $3.37 per gallon.:(

I don't drive an SUV...but at that price, even my V6 Accord feels expensive sometimes.

The worst part is, it isn't even May 24 weekend yet....it really starts to rise then, and does so right through Labour Day weekend usually. I can see it hitting a buck a litre here...this is insane!

My Accord was on E and it took $30. Airfares should be going up next.

Southwest just increased their airfares to $49 each way, and that's if you're lucky to find an available seat at that price.

Maybe Americans would get off their collective asses now and actually walk a half mile to the grocery store instead of hopping into their SUVs....

Pet peeve - I live 2 blocks from an elementary school and I swear that at least 3 days a week, my neighbor is revving up her Lincoln Navigator to drive her kid over to school at 8am... jeez would it hurt the kid to actually hoof it over in less than 5 minutes?

In this day and age, I wouldn't let a young child walk to school alone. But, it wouldn't kill mom to walk with the kid, would it?

It is up to 2.30 a gallon here. It's ridiculous. I dont see any sign of the prices dropping at all. The gas companies can do it too, because people have to fucking pay.

Ok It cost me $35.00 to up. I fill up just about a week Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon. I spend around $420.00 a month and the gas prices are still going up.

I guess I don't do much because my car only needs to be filled up once a month. I know prices have increased but compare how much you paid for your car and how much your car actually cost to make. why aren't people mad about paying over 20000 for a car when they cost a few thousand to make? how many of you have a cell phone that you pay more than 50 dollars a month, is that necessary? people buys jeans that cost 75-100 or shoes that cost that much but no one is bitching about that. why is gas such as issue, I will never understand it. we are raped in life every time we turn around in life by inflated prices but gas is the only thing people complain about.
