So i was just talking to my roommate online and we were talking about how the one guy that lives in the other side of the duplex complains how he always cuts the lawn. He never gives anyone a chance to do it. By the time anyone else has time to do it, he's already done it.

So my roommate was talking how he was gonna go do it, and before we knew it the other guy was already out there. But wait it gets better. My roommate says he's gonna go out and heckle him. Then he comes back and says "better yet i'm gonna go sit out and have a beer and watch him."
