See the Red Sox movie? I'm sure it's not out NY, but maybe some saw it in New England? I was just curious what they thought. Obviously you end up beating us :) Good movie though for any fan of baseball, although I might be biased.

Haven't seen it here in Florida but here is how I feel about the Yankees

I grew up in NY and happen to be a mets fan, but I gotta say why does everyone hate the Yankees so much? Because they have great players ? Because the owner has sick bank? Because they are the greatest team that ever has stepped on to the field?? Or maybe because they have more titles than any other team in history ??? I think the only reason people dislike the yankees is because they are jealus. My father grew up in Brooklyn and was a Dogers fan and began watching the mets went the dodgers moved to LA, naturally I grew up watching the mets.....And I grew up in The BRonx!!! anyway stop player hating and worry about your own team not about how much you hate the yankees

Thats what it is man, when a team wins all the time... people are always gonna despise them. Some teams never get to a championship game and when a team does it year after year fans of other teams tend to get sick of seeing that team win all the time and their team always falling short.

It's part of the game, always gotta have the hated team. In baseball it's the Yankees and basketball it's the Lakers.

Yep agree, I grew up in Boston for 20 years and watched the Yankees f@*# us every year. One year we were up 13 games late and they freaking came back and beat us in a one game playoff with Bucky F'ng Dent.

Yankees dominate every year and F my team every year so I hate them.

I'ts funny how when someone says they hate someone there is always someone that has to say "you're just jealous"! WTF...can't they get it through their thick skull that we just hate? Growing up in Florida I grew up watching the Braves long before I knew what "jealous" even meant! I hated the Wankees then and I hate them now! Steinbrener is a fool with his money! A-Rod will not do anything extraordinary to get them another title! George should have learned from the Mariners and the Rangers that bringing Nim-Rod in will do nothing for the team! He is overpaid and over rated!George should have just given me the money and let me kick him in the nuts....at least then he would have had something to show for it! But to all those that say we are all just "jealous"...If believing that bullshit helps you get through life, keep believing it!!!

I dont like the yankees but I dont going around saying I hate them. Hate is a strong word and its used too much in my opinion. yankees are the definition of a baseball team..check baseball in the dictionary and you'll see the yankeess..boston sucks, thats nuthing new..u wonder why the yankees are the best, cause there the NEW YORK yankees..the best city has to have the best team..look at our rings

The Devil Rays did not finish last in their division for the first time this last year. Look for them to slowly climb the ladder and take out both Boston and the Yankees. :rofl:
