Steroids prevent pregnancy?

I'm 45 years old,newly married with second wife who wants a child. I have done several cycles in my time, but have been off for the past year. I want to start a new cycle,just sust.250 and test cypionate. However I had my testesterone levels checked a month ago and was way down. I want to also take the above mentioned cycle to boost my testoterone and get my energy back. But I want to also be able to have a child with my wife so my question is will the test and sustanon lower my sperm count and inhibit me in getting her pregnant? Thanks for any help.
