can someone give a a chat that tells me what Mg's to ml's are

there's no direct conversion.

your bottle should tell you what the mg to ml concentration is.

if it says 50mg/ml it means 50 mg's in 1 ml.

mg is a mass measurment and ml is a volume. can't do both
