how do I get an avatar?

I want to put a picture next to my information box on my replies in the forums...I belive it is called an avatar. How do I place one in there? I cannot figure it out. Don't laugh.

After you have 25 posts you can put an avatar up. You'll have to go into the "User Panel" and upload a picture. Picture size can be no larger than 125x125 and it should be in jpg format. If you need more help, after you've got 25 posts, let us know.
