Jarome Iginla, with his league-best 10th playoff goal and Martin Gelinas scored for the Flames and Alyn McCauley for the Sharks.
Calgary added and empty netter in the last second.
The championship series will begin next Tuesday in the home arena of the Eastern survivor.
Tampa Bay leads Philadelphia 3-2.
