Bought a new keyboard and it works perfect. I didnt have to install new drivers or anything, just plugged it in and bam working. Feels better than the old crappy one.

its been great so far. Been giving each muscle group more of a workout. I would do 6 sets total for quads and 6 for hams. Now its 15 quads and 12-15 hams. Calves are still sore from Mondays workout. I'll post my update on the training threads.:)Originally posted by Face
