I grilled a couple this weekend, one for me one for Steph, and they were awesome! My favorite cut of meat! Get them cut special at the market because all they ever have are the thin ones out in the case! Inch and a half to two inches with some good marbling running through it!!!! Good stuff!!!
Every since I saw how Bobby Flay cooks his steaks on TV and tried it...I cannot stop eating them. Pair it up with a salad that has feta cheese, raisins, roma tomatoes and Newman's Own Italian dressing...wash it down with about 6 bottles of Rolling Rock...That is some eating.
